At The Royale Leather, we take pride in our handcrafted, made-to-order shoes. Each pair is meticulously crafted to meet the unique preferences of our customers, ensuring you receive a product that reflects our commitment to quality. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

Returns and Refunds: We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. However, returns or refunds are only accepted in the following situations:

  1. If the product is damaged upon arrival or if the wrong shoes are delivered. We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt.
  2. Sizing: To ensure the perfect fit, please double-check your shoe size before placing your order. We guarantee our sizes to be “True-to-Fit”. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate size changes or returns based on a change of mind. If you’re unsure about your size, feel free to reach out for assistance.
  3. Damage Reporting: In the rare event that your shoes arrive damaged, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible. Please contact us at info@theroyaleleather.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing details and photos of the damage. This will help us resolve the issue promptly.

  

 

Return Period: If a return is approved due to damage or incorrect delivery, please initiate the return process within 15 days of delivery.
