Return & Exchange Policy 

We care about our customers and work hard to provide the best service available. We are sure you will appreciate the unique design and work put into each and every product; however if you need to return an item that is not a problem. Items can be returned as long as they are in new condition. We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Buyer has to inform about any problem with their order within 3 Days of delivery and have to return it within 15 Days in the same condition as dispatched.

Used items will not be returned. Simply return the product within 15 days (After receiving it) for a refund, we will examine the product and will refund you. Notifying us as soon as possible will also help us in processing the refund quickly. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Please note that custom-made products are not refundable since they are made on customer specifications. Products with initials/personalizing cannot be returned either. We try to keep in touch with customers during the production process of custom orders so we can achieve the desired results.

We always strive to do our best to satisfy our customers with quality products and excellent customer service. Ship the product back to our warehouse where it originally came from(contact us for address). After receiving the product it will be examined and you will be refunded in 3-5 business days.
